How will I know if we’ll be a good fit?

Unless you know someone who works with me currently, you probably won’t know until we have a conversation. During our first call we should only try and determine two things. First and foremost, that your needs and my services align. The second is that you feel comfortable moving forward. Ask me whatever questions you need to, I’m an open book.

What types of clients do you work with?

While I have some clients that break the mold, most of my clients are high-income earners and pre-retirees and retirees. The first group usually has a household income above $250,000 and investable assets above $500,000. The second group usually has an investable net worth above $1 million. 

Why do you work with those two groups?

Two things in life are certain, death and taxes. Since I can’t control death, I wanted to focus on controlling taxes, as much as possible. With high-income earners and retirees, understanding our complex tax code is critical. Because of their unique needs, I invested time into becoming an Enrolled Agent so I could better serve my clients. 

How do I pay you and what am I charged?

In most cases, we are paid a quarterly fee based on the assets we manage for you. The fee is pulled directly from your accounts with us, so you don’t need to worry about a quarterly bill. We also offer alternative payment methods for those who would like to pay from accounts not associated with their investment accounts.

What services do you provide?

  1. Financial Planning – Goal-based financial planning, cash flow, and debt analysis, and asset management. All of the traditional services you think of with a financial advisor
  2. Estate & Legacy Planning – We’ll make sure your estate plan reflects your financial plan. We will either work with your estate planning team or help put one together for you.
  3. Risk Management – We’ll work to help you better understand the insurances you have and point you in the right direction for the ones we think you may need. We’ll also ensure your tolerance for risk aligns with how your assets are invested.
  4. Tax and Income Planning – We’ll discuss projected income or income needs for the upcoming year and work with your tax professional to ensure your financial plan aligns with your tax planning.
